Refund Policy

We want you to receive the right equipment in working condition. This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Change of mind

Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Return delivery costs may apply.

Items that cannot be returned

• Products that have been installed, energised or modified.
• Cables and materials cut to length.
• Special-order or project-specific equipment.

Faults after installation

Faults that appear after installation are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, normally within 7–10 working days of approval.
