We aim to describe products accurately. Specifications, images and documents are provided for guidance and may change when manufacturers update their products. Please confirm critical ratings with our team before purchase, especially for system design.

Prices and availability

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• Installation, engineering and site work are quoted separately.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. If a product becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will contact you before processing.

Quotations

Project quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are based on the information provided. Final scope may change after a site assessment.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer orders are processed after payment is verified.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Please inspect equipment on delivery and report visible damage promptly. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Warranty

Products carry the warranty provided by their manufacturer, where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product; improper installation, misuse or unauthorised modification may affect cover.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Bangladesh. Where permitted, our liability is limited to the value of the products concerned.
